Webcoda have been Kentico partners for longer than most of the best Digital Agencies in Sydney have even existed so it was great attending the latest Kentico partner conference in Sydney in mid October
Kentico Connections is the annual global event series held by Kentico, designed for its digital agency partners, clients, and digital marketing professionals. These conferences focus on sharing the latest Kentico product updates, industry trends, and innovations—especially around their Xperience by Kentico platform, which combines content management and AI-powered digital marketing features.
What stands out at Kentico Connections each year is the remarkable sense of community. Our long-standing partnership with Kentico means these events feel more like reunions, allowing us to reconnect with both the Kentico team and fellow partners. I won't name the other partners- I love you all but not that much :-)
Pro Tip: If you ever forget their names, just call them Andy and you have a 50% chance of being right
It speaks volumes about Kentico’s culture that many of the partners we first connected with around 15 years ago are still active and engaged today. This tight-knit network is unique in the industry; partners aren’t just competitors, but collaborators who can reach out for support whenever needed. That kind of camaraderie is rare, especially when compared to other platforms where partners often compete or where the vendor’s commitment to the Australian market isn’t as strong.
Kentico, on the other hand, has consistently championed the Australian market. In a rapidly changing digital landscape—where AI continues to transform the industry—this sense of local community and human connection is more important than ever. It’s no wonder that Kentico’s VP of Product, Debbie Tuček, is herself Australian, underscoring just how crucial our region is to Kentico’s ongoing success.
While there may have been a few bumps along the way, Kentico has demonstrated both a keen awareness of their clients' feedback and a clear understanding of emerging market priorities. The following areas describe where Xperience stands out:
Companion App (Mobile): Supports mobile productivity, allowing quick content uploads, real-time asset tagging, and campaign monitoring wherever you are. Note - This being rebuilt from the ground up for a 2026 release
How cool are these features?
While not as sexy as AI, SaaS hosting by Kentico has become increasingly popular among clients who prefer to avoid the complexities of infrastructure management and ongoing maintenance. This model is especially attractive for businesses without dedicated IT staff or technical resources, as it enables them to leverage Kentico’s powerful digital experience platform without worrying about server setup, patching, or security updates.
By letting Kentico’s team handle all technical aspects—including hosting, backups, and upgrades—organisations can focus on their core business activities and marketing strategies, enjoying the scalability and reliability of an enterprise-grade solution without the traditional technical headaches.
Experiencing Sean Wright’s demonstration on leveraging AI and MCP servers to accelerate widget development and streamline upgrades on Xperience by Kentico was a standout moment. This is a common challenge for development teams, and it was impressive to see how AI-driven automation is tangibly enhancing productivity and significantly reducing delivery timelines.
Kentico is back and Webcoda will continue playing a big role in its success. We are very excited to continue this amazing partnership and if you want to see Xperience in action, check out the Bridgeclimb website we upgraded not long ago with many more sites coming soon!
