Discovery

During the discovery phase we will aim to learn all we can about your product, your users, the journey they take and identify any existing pain points we need to address.

Define

Using what we learn within the discovery phase, user personas and user journey maps are created. This helps us to understand and address the user's needs and pain points, what the user is thinking about and what are they hoping to achieve on your website or app.
