We created an intranet that could facilitate the organisation's operations and keep staff connected in a post-covid world.
Discovery
We completed an intensive discovery and design phase, including producing a series of wireframes, design concept mock-ups, and information architecture (IA) documentation. As a result, the final design solved all of the issues of the client's existing intranet, featuring an employee directory, knowledge base, events & news.
Media hub
A centralised location for all news, announcements and media resources. Resource documents are automatically filtered to surface 'trending' documents relevant to the logged in user.
Employee directory
A secure and efficient directory of all company staff, which is searchable, filterable and can be exported in different formats.
Knowledge hub
Our secure knowledge hub offers a single source of truth for all documents, policies, content or brand assets. All resources are categorised and filterable to make finding content a breeze.
